Scheduling an Introduction Call
Based on the prospect’s available time, our Business Development Team schedules an introduction call. This meeting is conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, or in some cases, a physical meeting if preferred by the prospect. The purpose of this call is to understand the business requirements in detail.
Strategy Document Preparation
During the introduction call, our team gathers information about the client’s business, goals, and expectations for technology or marketing solutions. Based on these insights, our technical team prepares a customized strategy document that outlines the approach and deliverables.
Strategy Presentation Meeting
Once the strategy document is ready, our Business Development Team reconnects with the prospect to schedule a presentation meeting. In this session, the technical team walks the client through the proposed strategy and explains how it aligns with their objectives.
Strategy Revision (If Required)
Quotation & Project Onboarding
After finalizing the strategy, instead of directly sending a quotation, we first understand the client’s budget expectations. Based on that, we share a tailored quotation and conduct a final sales call.
